Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed are indicative and do not include taxes, duties, freight, insurance, or other charges that may apply to international trade. Final pricing is provided in a written quotation or proforma invoice.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Blazy Exim and to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before written confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production, logistics, customs, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

Payment terms for each transaction are specified in the proforma invoice or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as per the terms stated. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of further shipments.

Our return and refund practices are described in detail in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary, claims for damaged, short-shipped, or non-conforming goods must be notified in writing within the period stated in the Return & Refund Policy, with supporting evidence.
