Shipping Policy

Blazy Exim Private Limited ("Blazy Exim") ships goods worldwide from India. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and the responsibilities of both Blazy Exim and the buyer.

Because we handle international trade, shipping arrangements for each order are confirmed in the proforma invoice or order confirmation. The terms below apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are processed after written confirmation and receipt of payment as per the agreed payment terms. Standard processing time is 3 to 10 business days from confirmation, depending on product availability and packaging requirements.

For made-to-order or bulk orders, processing time is specified in the order confirmation and may take longer.

We ship by sea freight, air freight, and courier depending on the order size, destination, and urgency. The applicable Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP) is specified in the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the destination country.

Shipping costs are quoted separately and are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated. Freight rates depend on weight, volume, destination, shipping method, and current carrier rates.

For DAP or DDP terms, shipping is arranged by Blazy Exim and the cost is included in the invoice. For FOB or EXW terms, the buyer arranges and pays for shipping.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method: sea freight typically 15 to 40 days, air freight 3 to 10 days, and courier 3 to 7 days. These are estimates only and exclude customs clearance time.

Blazy Exim is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

For shipments arranged by Blazy Exim, a tracking number and carrier details are provided once the shipment is dispatched. The buyer can track the shipment through the carrier's website or portal.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless the order is confirmed on DDP terms. Blazy Exim provides the necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where applicable.

Buyers should familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations and restricted items before placing an order.

Goods are packaged to withstand international transit. Packaging specifications for fragile, perishable, or hazardous goods are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Special packaging requests may incur additional charges.

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the buyer must notify Blazy Exim in writing within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within the carrier's declared transit time plus 7 days (for loss). Claims are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Blazy Exim will assist in filing claims with the carrier or insurer, but final resolution depends on the carrier's or insurer's decision.

We do not ship to destinations subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes. Certain products may be restricted or require special permits in some countries; it is the buyer's responsibility to verify import eligibility before ordering.

Shipments arranged by Blazy Exim can be insured at the buyer's request and cost. Unless insurance is requested and confirmed, shipments travel at the buyer's risk once handed over to the carrier under FOB or EXW terms.
