Return & Refund Policy

Blazy Exim Private Limited ("Blazy Exim") is an export and import trading company. Because our transactions are business-to-business and often involve international shipping, our return and refund practices are designed to be fair and transparent while accounting for the realities of cross-border trade.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all confirmed orders. By confirming an order, you accept the terms set out below.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or non-conformity must be noted on the delivery receipt or carrier document at the time of delivery, and a written notification must be sent to Blazy Exim within 48 hours of receipt.

Photographic evidence of the goods, packaging, and any damage must accompany the notification.

Claims for goods that are damaged in transit, short-shipped, or not conforming to the agreed specification must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after this period may be declined.

Each claim must include: order number, product details, quantity affected, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or documents.

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described in the confirmed order. Returns are not accepted for products that are correctly supplied but no longer required by the buyer, except where required by applicable law.

All return shipments must be authorized in writing by Blazy Exim before the goods are shipped back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

Step 1: Submit a claim in writing to info@blazyeximpvtltd.com with order details and evidence.

Step 2: Blazy Exim reviews the claim and, if approved, issues a Return Authorization with shipping instructions.

Step 3: The buyer ships the goods as instructed. Unless Blazy Exim was at fault, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Blazy Exim processes the refund or replacement within 10 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, at Blazy Exim's discretion, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

The refund amount depends on the nature of the claim: for damaged or non-conforming goods, the full value of the affected items is refunded; for partial claims, only the affected portion is refunded.

Original shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Blazy Exim.

Where a replacement is available and preferred by the buyer, Blazy Exim will arrange to ship replacement goods at no additional charge for claims approved due to our error. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund: goods that have been used, altered, or repackaged; perishable or edible goods where the seal is broken; goods damaged due to buyer mishandling or improper storage after delivery; and goods sold under a clearly communicated "final sale" or "as-is" term.

Orders may be cancelled without charge before they are confirmed in writing by Blazy Exim. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may incur charges for work already performed, materials committed, or logistics costs incurred. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Any dispute regarding a return or refund will be handled in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
